Sponsorships
The Southwest Symposium is a non-profit organization that exists solely to organize, host, and publish the proceedings of the biennial archaeological conference. Sponsorship helps us fund the conference venue and events, subvent publications, and allows us to pay the travel and lodging expenses for tribal participants and a number of student participants in the conference program.
We are now accepting donations for the 2025 Southwest Symposium and are offering several levels of sponsorship for individuals and organizations. Platinum sponsorship ($1000) comes with free registration for two people as well as recognition in the printed materials, website, and in the conference signage. Gold sponsorship ($500) includes free registration for one person as well as all of the recognitions described above. Silver ($250) and Bronze ($100) sponsors receive recognition on this website and in the printed symposium materials.
Exhibitor Reservations
We will have plenty of spaces for exhibitors within the conference venue. A standard six-foot table will be set up where exhibitors are able to display goods and sell merchandise. There is a required $100 fee for exhibitor space.
