HOTEL HACIENDA – Conference Hotel

Hotel Hacienda is the designated conference hotel and is located at the north entrance of the town of Nuevo Casas Grandes. Hotel Hacienda is a colonial-style hospedaje that has been in operation for over 45 years and has been stayed at by the conference organizers for many years. There is a restaurant and bar on the property and ample parking that does not require any additional fees. Transportation vans between the hotel and conference venue will be available for the duration of the conference. To book a room using the conference’s special rates, please call the hotel directly at +52.636.694.1046 (mobile phones may need 011 in lieu of +) and tell them you are booking with the conference and using the code “Southwest Symposium.” The hotel will have an English-speaking employee at the desk to take calls daily between 3-10pm CST. Using the code “Southwest Symposium”, you can get these special conference rates, which include breakfast at the hotel restaurant:

Room for two people: $1300 MXD/ $72 USD
Room for three people: $1450 MXD/ $80 USD
Room for four people: $1600 MXD/ $88 USD
Junior suite: $1500 MXD/ $83 USD
