DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown
The conference hotel is the Double Tree by Hilton located in Downtown El Paso.
The Double Tree is located in the heart of downtown adjacent to a (presently free) street car stop and within walking distance of several museums, bars, restaurants, and center of downtown activity.
We note El Paso traffic is somewhat notorious and unpredictable and thus we highly encourage staying in downtown, preferably at the conference hotel. We’ve obtained a very affordable rate from the Double Tree that has allowed us to keep conference registration flat for 10 years (5 conferences), but this is contingent on the hotel receiving predictable booking. In short, we humbly ask participants to stay at the conference hotel to help us keep the conference registration costs. We are a small non-profit society with a limited budget.
