Registration is currently open for the 2025 meeting. Early registration will end on December 15, 2024, but you can still register for the 19th Biennial Southwest Symposium meeting after this date, which will be held in Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico, from January 16-18, 2025.These are the current fee rates:
Regular Attendee: $75
Student Attendee: $ 50 – Open to all students attending accredited educational institutions in any country.
Reduced Rate Attendee: $50 – Reduced rate fees are for those from any tribal organization or other indigenous groups.
- Late registration (after December 15, 2024) is an additional $25 to the early registration prices. Registration in advance helps ensure shorter lines during check-in at the conference, and it also ensures that we will have plenty of coffee, snacks, printed programs, and other materials on hand.
- On-site registration will be available during the conference.
