Every run of Dares of Eternity grants 75 Strange Favor, with consecutive completions granting more favor due to the Activity Streak bonus (explained below). Both Normal and Legend runs grant +75 Strange Favor upon a Platinum completion. If you’re looking to increase your rank quickly, running Normal Dares of Eternity is recommen
I have 930 hours in Destiny 2 on Steam, which doesn’t include the time I spent playing it on Battle.Net. I’m probably close to 1500 hours in the game, and I’ve never completed a Grandmaster Nightfall. Like many others, my clan loses interest every season when they reach 1340 and there’s nothing left to do but log on and grind. The gap between hitting the pinnacle cap and confidently running the Grandmaster Nightfalls is way too wide. It punishes players that are otherwise dedicated Destiny players, pushing them away and making them feel unworthy of the highest challenge simply because they value their time more than the game does. I would like to see better options for earning Artifact Power in the future, or at the very least, a lower level requirement for Grandmaster Nightfalls. I’ll play Destiny 2 every day as long as I have meaningful content to complete, but if you ask me to do bounties on the Moon every night for several weeks, I’m going to move on to other games.
Since the start of Shadowkeep two years ago, the best way to grind is by completing bounties on the Moon. Here you can spend countless hours running through the same Lost Sectors and Public Events over and over to make minor progress towards your next Artifact Power level. You’ll reach the minimum requirement of 1345 once you hit level 150 on the battle pass, but you’ll have little chance of actually completing a Grandmaster Nightfall at that level. If you really want to participate in Destiny 2’s endgame activity, you’ll need to reach at least level 250, and the only way to get there is to grind it out.
Hunters are supposed to be Destiny’s take on space cowboys and bounty hunters, and the first Destiny reflected this well. Hunters had mobile Supers, a mix of ranged and utility melee abilities, and the Nightstalker’s Shadowshot Super doubled as excellent crowd control and Super regeneration for your team. When all else failed, you could also rely on invisibility to get yourself out of trouble.
It’s almost goofy how many incredible perks Ace has built into it. The “Memento Mori” perk provides a permanent damage boost from any kill, precision shots create a Firefly effect, and the catalyst further increases its damage. On top of that, it has great aim assist and base stats to make slaying guardians even easier. This hand cannon will no doubt remain dominant in PvP for years to c

Assuming you maintain a x5 Activity Streak and continuously run this playlist, it should take about 10-15 hours to achieve 10,000 Strange Favor—enough to reset your rank with Xur. Stick with the playlist, takes breaks outside of the game, and you should be able to reach rank 16 in a few play sessi
The recommended power level for Grandmaster Nightfalls is 1370, but you can start attempting them at 1345. Getting from 1330 to 1345 requires Artifact Power, which in the most simplest terms just means earning experience and gaining levels. You get one level of Artifact Power for every ten levels you complete of the battle pass. Once you’ve reached Level 100 – the maximum level on the battle pass – you’ll be at 1340 power level (1330 gear level + 10 Artifact power).
Bungie has made it clear that they want buildcrafting to be the next pillar of Destiny’s core design. It’s why armor mods have become more and more important, and it’s why the Light subclasses are getting reworked this year . On a fundamental level, I agree with Bungie’s vision. I’d love to play a version of Destiny 2 missions where every player you meet has a unique build that kicks alien ass in its own way. But with the current state of armor mods, those builds are locked behind layers of RNG and hundreds of hours of grinding. To realize a version of Destiny where every Guardian is truly their own legend, it’s time we reduce mod bloat, not make it worse.

The Artifact was and still is a great idea. It gives Bungie an avenue to increase player power without worrying about the ramifications of power creep since these effects are temporary. However, only three seasons have lacked a debuff mod since Shadowkeep was released—Dawn, Worthy, and Hunt. More seasons have had debuff mods than not, resulting in many players expecting mods like Particle Deconstruction with each season. And since we live in a world where Stasis exists, the Nighstalker’s Shadowshot Super has lost all value. None of this would be a real issue if debuffs could stack, but that was removed during Shadowkeep as well.![40 Minutes of Snipers in Solo GM Alert The Arms Dealer [Destiny 2 Renegades]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/YrIp_hsMWm8/hq720.jpg)
